Getting to Chef Mickey

If one has an ADR at Chef Mickey between 9 and 10am, can they hypothetically park at Epcot, monorail over, and arrive on time? I'm having trouble locating an answer that tells when exactly one can park at Epcot and when one can expect the monorail to start running from the park to the TTC/Resorts.

In theory, yes assuming Epcot has an opening time before 1100, and maybe even if they open at 1100. But it would add so much more time to the trip than just driving to breakfast, then driving to Epcot that I don't see what the point would be.

In theory, yes, you can do that. I would personally just drive to the resort and then to Epcot. (And then add a trip on the monorail anyway.)
