Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me where I have to park/go to do my dinner reservations.
We are staying at Bonnet Creek, and are going to Chef Mickeys 1 night, and going to the Hoop Dee Doo Revue one night as well. I am just not sure how I get there from BC!
I know the HDDR is at Fort Wilderness, and we are to park then take the tram...is that right? What about Chef Mickey's?TIA!

For Chef Mickey's drive to the Contemporary and then tell the guard you are there for your dinner reservation. They will most likely give you a 3 hour parking pass. You could also park at the TTC and take the resort monorail to the Contemporary.

For Ft. Wilderness, you park in the parking lot there and take an internal bus to the location for the Hoop Dee Doo. Another choice is to park at the TTC and go to the Magic Kingdom, then take the boat to Ft. Wilderness -- it drops you off very close to the Hoop Dee Doo. For leaving, you can just do the same in reverse. Some of that can depend on the closing time of the MK that night and your dinner time, though.

True, but do Bonnet Creek guests get free parking at the parks? If not (and they haven't already paid for parking that day), the OP would be better off parking at the Contemporary with the 3 hour pass. Cheers!

We haven't decided what days we are going to the park yet! We only have 3 day tickets, and I think we are going to do these dinners on our off days. We will stay at the resort and do other stuff, then we will go to our dinners. So we don't need park tickets to do the MK, monorail/boat thing. How long would you suggest it would take us? IF we did that route. My kids love riding the monorail, and we have only been to Disney once last year, and only the MK. So a total greenhorn here. Any help would be appreciated!

You don't need park tickets to do the monorail from the TTC or to take the boat from the MK -- the boat dock is outside the park gates. You will however have to pay $12 to park at the TTC as the other poster mentioned. Parking at the resort for your meal will be free.

It will take a while to do the TTC to Ft. Wilderness thing, less to do the TTC to Contemporary. For the Contemporary, you will make almost a full loop of the MK monorail line, so with stops and all added, it might take 20-25 minutes (I'm really guessing, I never did it for the timing). It's a nice ride though -- past the Poly, Grand Floridian, the MK and then the Contemporary.

For the boat, plan on longer. You will take either the monorail or the ferry from the TTC to the MK. Then right near the entrance to the park, you will take the ferry to Ft. Wilderness. I haven't actually done that (only MK to Wilderness Lodge), but I assume it goes directly there from MK - can't think of anywhere else it would stop.
