Hola!
It's been quite some time since I've been to Universal and I've never had the opportunity to stay on property (one day fingers crossed!). The BF and I are staying at the Holiday Inn across from Universal for one night and have reservations at BiCE at the Portofino resort. My thought is that we'd walk across to City Walk from the Holiday Inn and catch the water taxi to Portofino. Does anyone know approximately how long this will take?? We'll have a rental car, but I'm not sure if the hotel charges for parking if you're only having dinner there. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
