Getting to and from Universal

Is it easy to get a taxi from Universal to go back to Sand Lake Road? I've always driven so not sure about taxis. Do you have to order one or do they wait anywhere?

We're going to HHN and I fancy having (or rather feel like I will need) a little drinky-poos so won't be driving.

hi we stay at the quality inn on i-drive. by the junction of sand lake. we always have a slow walk to universal. turn at wet and wild and follow the road all the way down. lovely chance to top up tan. then after the parks we get taxi back. when you get to exit stairs by the coach drop offs. there is a taxi rank, you put your name down and they call you out. never waited more than 5 minutes. think it was around $10 to get back to quality inn.

Yes, there are taxis everywhere. It will not be hard to catch one.

Go down the esculators at the entrance and there are taxis there just tell the person at the podium that you need a taxi and they will ask where to and tell you which taxi to get in.
