Has anyone been able to get thru to CRO within the last hour? I've been trying for the last 2 hours and the CM keeps telling me to try back in an hour because the computers are down!
That's funny...I tried to call them from Disney last week. I was on hold forever. While on hold, I picked up my cell phone and called and they answered on the first ring (go figure!). I was told at that time the computers were down and they would call me back when they were up and running - which they did within the hour. I wonder what's going on?
I can attest to the computer problems today. I had that trouble between 2:30 and 3:45. Went through two CM's but one finally was able to put my discount through and called me back. They even asked for a cell phone number so they could resolve my call tonight but apparently they (the computers) are in and out today. Maybe the heavy volunme of calls for codes?
I probably should have let them call me back. The first time I tried they asked if I wanted them to call me back or if I wanted to try later. I was afraid they would never call back so I tried again later. The second CM didn't even ask if I wanted them to call me back, she just said to try back in an hour. It's alsmost been an hour now, so I'll try again soon. I'm trying to get an AP discount for Feb. so I hope they'll still be available!
on 1/1 and were told the computers were down. So, we called back today, 1/2. We were on hold over 30 minutes and then she couldn't give us our confirmation # right away. She had to call me back with my #, which she did. They're having some sort of trouble
I tried on the computer arount 1030pm last night and couldn't get thru and tried again around the same time tonight and again about an hour ago and I still can't get thru.
