Getting the house ready to sell.... long road ahead!

do you have friends or family who will also be moving in the next year? Swap time and work. Say "if you come and help us paint/clean/whatever" we will , in return, when it's time, come and help you paint/clean/whatever.

There's no price that can be put on having extra help!

Yet another update from last night--

Painted the house numbers on the mailbox
Touched up the brick with some dark red/brown paint
Touched up the back shed with some white paint
Started packing up items in the family room and kitchen

Tonight I'm going to do more packing up of stuff, throwing out of stuff, and adding to the donation pile. We're going to be taking some items that we want to keep but won't need during the house showing over to my in-laws house tonight or tomorrow. Just wanting the house to look as clutter free as possible.
