Getting the 2 for 3 tickets- just a few questions.

Hello I plan on buying my tickets today and will be in Universal on Tuesday, do you recommend printing out the ticket or using the mobile ticket- whats most time efficient for when we get there? Is it better to buy EP now or when we get to the park that day? I am worried that some may sell out given the new Haggrad ride. Thanks
