Getting some instructions?

Is there somewhere to get instructions on using the vB Code stuff, and how to use more than 1 at a time?

I clicked on help now, I'm testing.....

I'M TRULY IMPRESSED, vB Code [help] helped me more than I thought!

Now, can I insert something singly, say underlining, within an open Nesting Tag by opening and closing current Tag within an existing Nesting Tag? (Geez, this question only makes sense to myself, a computer illiterate ) At least I'm testing first though!
