When I was younger I lived on these boards & knew EVERYTHING. Now that my kids are older & there's been tons of changes...I feel like a newb! I know this question has most likely been asked 102 times, bear with me.
So, my eldest graduates from college in May, my youngest will graduate from HS in 2 years (he'll go to DL for his senior trip then)...my hope is to go in May before my eldest gets a "real" job & before my youngest graduates, May seemed good.
Well - my chosen hotels have no vacancies for 5/22....is there something HUGE going on in Anaheim???
The blocked out dates for AP's seem sporadic for that weekend. Is this good? bad? It seemed good until I couldn't find a hotel.
We typically visit in February. My eldest "walked" in her college commencement in December & I thought we'd go then but I had a surgery so we held it off. February is our favorite. I grew up going Fri-Sat in the summer months, it was always long lines & we never got to do it all. This will be our LAST TRIP TO DISNEYLAND until I have grandkids someday. I want to make it a good one. As far as getting all the rides in (we skip Fantasy Land at this stage), eating a good sit down meal, and making it a happy happy time.
SIGH...I'm a long talker.
