Well, it looks like we've decided to get rid of our camper. We never have time to use it, and today we found two sizable soft spots in the floor (one small one and one 1 ft by 3 foot one). I just don't think we're cut out to be a camping family.
I need your help though. What would you price a camper with floor issues? It's a 30 ft 2003 coachman with bunks and a queen bed. When I plugged it into NADA it came up with an $8,000-$10,000 range. I know we won't get that, but how much would you pay for a camper with issues? Personally, I would never want one with problems, but maybe someone would want a fixer upper. Any ideas?
