Getting/Redeeming Annual Passes in Downtown Disney?

I've heard mention of folks going to Downtown Disney on their arrival day to redeem their Annual Passes. Exactly where do you do this? I'm looking on the map and see no mention of a Guest Relations booth in DTD.

There is a Guest Relations office hidden around the back. It kind of backs onto the fence between the Marketplace and the Marketplace bus stops. From memory, somewhere near back of Earl of Sandwich. If you arrive by bus, turn sharp left at the jumping fountain and follow the path along the fence behind all the shops and you will find it. If arriving by car, park up at the Marketplace bus stop end and find the other end of the path where it exits at the pedestrian crossings for the Downtown Disney hotels.

Can you not just redeem your passes when you enter your first park?

If you go to DTD, it is well marked on the map. I think the earlier poster described the location quite well. We did this in Sept. last year with no issues....

We're staying off-site and using our car. One of the advantages of the AP is the free parking for us. Since Sunday is our free day, I figured I'd get the APs so we needn't waste time and get the free parking on Monday.

The Guest Relations offices at DTD are located in the Marketplace and in West Side.

The Marketplace location is between the Once Upon A Toy shop and the Summer Sands shop on the Rainforest Cafe end of the Marketplace. This is an actual office that you walk into. It is set in the back side of the Summer Sands building directly in front of the restrooms.

The West Side location is at the Pleasure Island end, just past the AMC Theaters. Walk straight down from the parking lot with PI on your right and AMC Theaters on your left and you will see it right in front of you. It is a white building that says "information" on it. This is a Guest Relations window like the parks have.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday


West Side Guest Relations Adjacent to Pleasure Island, near AMC Theaters
Hours: 9:30am to 11:45pm
