I have MS , have great difficulty with walking, my question is, i wanted so much to do this ride, my DH can't do it, because of his back issues,, my problem is i can have some difficulty getting back out of a ride, is this ride one, that has deep sits, where you have to stretch legs out in front of you ? Question may sound stupid , however most important to me..

I have not ridden it yet and no one with physical limitations has reported here yet about riding it, but I have read quite a bit.
I have heard that one mine car in each group has a door with a wider opening to make it easier to get in for people with disabilities. The seat appears to be at a 'chair type' height for boarding and unload from everything I have seen.
The seats themselves are contoured, which makes it less likely that guests will slide into each other.
Some people have been complaining that the leg room is tight.

This review from Kenny the Pirate has quite a few good pictures and also a video that might be helpful.

Here's another review from Rolling With the Magic blog, which is specifically looking at it from a wheelchair accessibility viewpoint:

There isn't a lot of leg room...I can't fit my backpack under my legs. Also, you have to sit with your legs together (unless you are skinny) because the lap bars are individual, so if the angle your legs are at is an issue this is something that you may want to consider as well.

My dad has ridden in the seat that has the wider opening (my sister needs it). It is the very last car in the train. He and my mom said the only difference in the cars is the wider door.

If you follow the link below and scroll down until you see the pictures, a couple near the top show people riding 7DMT where you can see how the lap bar fits. It may also give a better idea about how you are actually sitting in the car.

Here is another link to a prior thread here that has some photos of the ride for another vantage point.

thanks all,

is the ride faster, same, a little slower,, than the train by spash mt ? :confused3

I have MS and difficulty with muscle control and I rode this ride. It was not comfortable for me at all, but I think that's because I have large dimensions. If you are of average weight and height, this ride is like sitting in a chair. It's not like Space Mountain where your legs are stretched out in front of you.

The ride is rather smooth and slow and from a MS perspective, was rather nice because I wasn't jerked around, but I found the seats VERY uncomfortable for a person my size.

Without looking at the ACTUAL speed of the rides, I would say that it is similar. The ride is much smoother so you don't get jerked around like BTMRR. You also don't bounce up when going over the hills like you do on BTMRR. The cars are built to sway back and forth, so it is much more gentle.
