Getting Nervous!

Just 12 days to go and I'm starting to get pre-Disney jitters! (worse than getting married? What's up with that? )

Will I get the house decorated? Will the Christmas cards get written (awaiting the inevitable PERFECT pic that we will take at WDW)? Will the baking get done- gifts get purchased (only 6 more to go!)? Will the wrapping get finished and the house be reasonably clean?

AH WHO CARES?!?! I'm going to DISNEY WORLD!!!!

What's on your To-Do List before a big trip?

I'm with ya on the jitters.

I still have to pack, finish the notes for the pet/house sitter, get more food for the animals, wrap presents going with us, clean the house, tons of laundry, ironing, re-pack (I'm OCD like that), gets stamps, print mailing labels for our Xmas cards that we will mail out from Disney, give the dogs baths, and re-pack at least once more.

Only 10 more days!

Oh my gosh...someone is admitting to how I am feeling also lol. 12 days for us too and can't wait. I'm already making a to-do list and feeling overwhelmed. What I thought was super cute is that my husband packed this weekend!!! What you have to understand is that he is the worst procrastonator you will EVER meet. So the fact that he is packed already is something....must mean he is super excited too.

Here's my to-do list for this week!

-Get all the laundry done (I'll do this before our trip again but we are under PILES of laundry!
-errands: bank, buy my daughter new sneakers before our trip, finish Christmas shopping, post office to get stamps for Christmas cards, grocery store, take the dog to the vet, library, have my daughter's Christmas pics made
-finish decorating the house- I have 2 HUGE boxes left
-get my daughter bathed, dressed and ready each day (trust me, this is a challenge! lol)
-get Christmas cards ready to mail
-help my mom decorate her house
-clean my daughter's room- if we get any more toys I'm not sure the door will close!
-order photo books for Christmas gifts online
-clean my house
-balance the checkbook & pay bills...

Off to get busy! Just one more week from Saturday!

I'm SURE your hubby is super-excited! Mine is worse than my little girl! He wants to get our stroller out and make a "test run" to see if it will hold everything we want to take into the park! And I had a plan to leave at 9am, but it has since been changed to 3am! EEK! He wants to get there early enough to enjoy the resort on our first day and hopes our little one will sleep for a few hours on the way...
For husbands to plan THAT much MUST mean they're excited!
