We are staying at an off site partner hotel so we get early admission. I d like to go to Guest Services the day before we enter the park to get our tickets so we can enter ASAP the next day. (I don't want to use up a day of tickets for just a few hours in the park). How long will Guest Service be open on Friday, Feb. 13? If we can't make it on Friday to do this, how much time will we loose by doing it first thing Saturday morning? Can we do it at our hotel (Wingate by Windham)??

You have to pay for parking if you do it on site. There is kiosk at the Universal Hotels. You could park up front in the "check-in" spots and get them there.

I'm assuming you purchased a package, otherwise you wouldn't get early admission. You won't be able to pick up your ticket at your offsite hotel. You need to go to a kiosk on Universal property. It will only take you a couple of minutes to do this once you get there. I wouldn't worry too much about it. You don't need to go to customer service.

You could also go into any of the onsite hotels and get them as well as they all have kiosks in their lobbies. You'd need someone to be waiting for you in the car in the drop off circle while you run in to get them.

Personally, I'd just arrive a couple of minutes early in the morning and get them.

Thanks for the info. Yes we bought a package. I think we will plan to get them at a kiosk at an onsite hotel on Friday....We have a large group and I dont want to spend too much time on this on Saturday...plus getting everyone up and out the door early is going to be challenging enough! LOL thanks!!!

I wanted to follow up and say thanks for the info and let you know how it went. We were booked at an offsite partner hotel, Wingate by Windham. On arrival day we did not plan to go to a park.So we went directly to the Hard Rock Hotel, an onsite partner hotel, and printed the tickets at the kiosk. I had to use my credit card that was used to purchase the tickets. I was able to get all the tickets printed along with the City Park club admission tickets. later, we decided to upgrade to the Power Pass / Annual pass and I had to do that at Guest Services at the park.

Glad it all worked according to plan! Also glad you decided to upgrade to an AP!
