If it were me, I would take my bags to luggage services at the AllStars. I have heard you can just leave it in your room and they will pick it up some time later on, but I just hate that idea. Also...be prepared for it to take until late afternoon to get your bags in your room. I have moved and had my luggage delivered several times now, and it has not been a quick thing. When I moved from BCV to POR, I tipped the bell services kid $5 for 3 bags, at 8:00 am. I was told to expect my bags around 3:00 that afternoon. Nope, didn't happen. It took 3 phone calls from the luggage people at POR before BC sent them over...finally got them about 6ish. I should have brought my swimsuit with me, and a change of clothes since it was so brutally hot, but just didn't think about it.
Same thing when I moved to POP from BWV....but I had learned my lesson by then. I took what I was going to need for the day, was able to leave it in my room at POP. When I got back to POP around 9 that night, my bags were all in my room.
As for taking bags on the bus, that is not allowed. If you want access to all your bags, all day, then have a cab called and take your bags with you, in the cab, to the next resort. Then bell services can store them if your room isn't ready yet.
