Well here I go. I am trying to get healthier. I have half heartly tried every diet known to man and guess what......none of them work....for me anyways. So after lots of failed attempts I am going to work off the Canadian Food Guide. Choosing healthy carbs and continuing to kick the pop, caffine, sugar addictiion I have. Also cut out white stuff, bread etc.
I am already exercising a lot more then I have in the past so I hope that helps. I am also going to try and stay off the scale. This morning it was 186, literally 2 mins later it was 188 again...so today I had a lunch I probably shouldn't have.....I will walk extra tonight....still no pop....

Changing the eating habits and exercising are the best ways to keep the lbs. of for good. I would suggest that you don't skip lunch as this will slow down your metabolism, but do practice portion control and healthier choices. Good luck on your plan and remember we are here for you whenever you need someone to listen.
