Getting from POR to Dolphin at 9.15am

I'm in last minute frantic detail mode so I hope someone can help me out.

I have a breakfast ADR at Fresh for 9.15am. What's the best way to get there from POR?

I know I could get to DD then bus to the Dolphin but I don't know how well that would work at that time in the morning.

Another option is bus to MGM then boat to Dolphin but again, how would that work out at that time? I don't know how early the boat runs.

My reserve plan is cab but I'd rather use WDW transportation if possible.

Any ideas? How early should I leave?

Relax!!!! You will be fine.
The Studios will open at 9am (unless it is morning EMH in which case it would open at 8am). Be at your resort bus stop no later than 7:45am and take the bus to the Studio. If there is a boat at the dock you can take that. If not you can walk to the Dolphin in something like 10-15 minutes depending on how fast or slowly you walk. If you walk, go around the water away from the Studios entrance. You will have the water on your left and the parking lot on your right. Just stay on that path and you will be walking with the water on your left the whole time. You will come up to the Boardwalk Villas and Inn first. At the bridge go left. There are signs and you will see the Swan and Dolphin as you are walking. If you take the boat it is the first stop. Unless you catch a boat immediately it is always faster walking. You will make it in plenty of time. Enjoy!!!!

Thanks! Walking sounds like a nice idea, and I hadn't even thought about doing that. Now I have a new plan .
