Getting from MK to Disney Springs?

Disney offers bus service from Mk to Disney Springs after 4pm each day, correct? Is the bus stop for this right at the bus stop area for the resorts at MK or at the TTC? We have dinner ADR's at Homecomin' at 7pm on our MK day but plan to return to BLT after dinner to watch the Halloween fireworks from Top of the World Lounge (we are DVC members). We are staying at AKLV, Jambo.
