Getting From MGM to Fantasia Gardens

If you had to give someone directions from MGM to Fantasia Gardens how would you explain it? Im thinking to take the boat to the Swan, then just walk, but exactly where would they walk when getting off the boat?
Also, I should know this, is the Swan the first stop on the boat?

Go through the lobby, then ask the closest CM for exact directions

That's what I did the couple of times I've been to Fantasia Gardens.

Yes, the Swan/Dolophin dock (it's shared) is the first stop on the trip from MGM to Epcot (the route is MGM->S/D->YC/BC->BW->Epcot).

Thanks everyone! My mother is thiking of taking my DSs there after their dinner at MGM. Shes never been to the Swan so shes a little leary of taking the kids somewhere she doesnt know. I think she will be able to find FG now though.

The walkway in between the Swan and Dolphin is extremely well marked with signs. Beaware that you do have to cross a street but the traffic is limited.
