getting from FW to ASMo

we are going to the HDR on our first night in disney. We got some advice on how to get there. We wanted to hang around FW to catch the cqmpfire,hayride or light show on the lagoon. Should we call a taxi or do you think we could take the bus back to MK to catch the bus to ASMo? MK is only open until 9pm that night.

It would be the boat you'd catch to get back to MK... and the buses from MK would run until 10:00pm. (last boat at 9:30, though)

Other alternatives would be to use the Studios, Epcot, or DTD as a transfer point. (Transportation Center is not an option)
