Getting from Epcot to Boma's - help needed

Got a question. I'm planning in late September on going to Epcot for 1 day and having dinner (using a meal plan, is this okay if I am not staying at this hotel) at Boma's at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and Villas Jambo House. The plan is to leave Epcot at 8pm but I would have to arrive for dinner by around 9pm I assume as the restaurant closes at 9:30 (not sure when reservations are). I don't have a car and so will be using the Disney bus system. Is this much travel feasible in an hour or am I setting myself up for failure?

Fine. Bus from Epcot directly to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Exit at second stop. Walk back to resort entrance, use stairs or elevator to ground level.

Returning to your hotel: bus to Downtown Disney, transfer to bus to your hotel; unless Epcot or Magic Kingdom is open until midnight or later, in which case: bus to open park, transfer to bus to your hotel.

I think an hour will be fine because you are going to take the AKL bus straight there.

I would heartily recommend finding out when your ADR is. You may not get seated if you miss the time. If the restaurant is not busy, they may still seat you, but it's nothing I would count on.
You are correct to leave an hour travel time. You should leave Epcot an hour before your ADR at Boma...since it's a direct bus ride you will most likely be early but better that than worrying about being late.
Also, you want to get off at Jambo House, not Kidani. The bus will go to Kidani first,and then on to Jambo House.
To get back to your WDW resort, take a bus to any open park from AKL/Jambo House. If there is no park that is still open, you will have to go to DTD and make a transfer. OR..you could just take a cab from AKL.
