We are travelling to Disney in September and have tickets for Seaworld and Busch. We aren't hiring a car for our trip, and are wondering how people get to these parks?! Is there a bus service?

Is it worth hiring a car for the day that we go to Busch as it is further away?

Any thoughts and experiences appreciated!

Hi we stayed in por in may this year, didn't have a car, did toy with the idea of getting the lynx bus from dtd, but instead got a taxi, cost me and my 3 chidren $40 return trip.

Hope this helps.

I can't help you with BG, haven't been there in years.

For SW it's very easy to take the city bus Lynx from Disney. Go to DTD from POR by bus. Get off at the Marketplace. Walk in and turn to take the path behind the Christmas store. The next "exit" next to the toy store, exit DTD and walk up to the main street. You can see the bus stop right near the corner of Buena Vista and Hotel Plaza. You do have to cross the street. Take bus #50 "Sea World/Sea Harbor Dr". There is a bus stop right in front of the SW parking lot. On the return you will catch the same bus across the street in front of the Renaissance Hotel. You can also tell the driver you wish to get off at Sea World (DTD for the return) and I've found them to be helpful to announce the stop for you.

It's $2 for adults and $1 for kids each way.
