Getting from CBR to Polynesian

Will be staying at CBR and have a 9:40pm ressie for Ohana. What is best way to get there and how long will it take?? Shuttle to MK, then monorail to the Polynesian?? What are chances of being seated early? Would like to catch some of wishes while there if possible. Thank you for any input.

1. Yes. Give yourself 75 minutes or so.

2. Very unlikely.

3. You might be able to - it depends on when Wishes is.

You can also take the boat from MK to Poly, which stops at GF on the way.

The boat for GF/Poly docks right next to the Resort Monorail entrance at MK.

Just for another option, if you see an Epcot bus first, you could take the bus to Epcot and then monorail to TTC. From there you'd either walk to the Poly or transfer to resort monorail and get off at the first stop.

We do as above - whichever is first between MK and Epcot, and then either Monorail and walk if Epcot, or boat if MK. We love the boat ride, and many times we have beat the monorail (which, without fail, we always get "stuck" at right before or after TTC..)

Taxi. For around $20 you will save a bunch of time and stress.

You can also start with the Hollywood Studios bus if that one comes first to Caribbean Beach.

Walking to your connection (boat or monorail) at Magic Kingdom is a little longer than at HS or Epcot (another bus).

Uber, it is worth the $10 to not spend an hour dealing with buses and/or the monorail.

We are doing something similar for a breakfast res... then spending the day in AK. Better to drive to the Poly and then use Disney Transportation to AK?

Only if you valet park. They won't allow you to leave your car in the Poly lot all day. If you pay to valet they will let you leave your car.

Thanks for the info! I figured that since we are staying at a WDW resort, there would be no problem. Guess I need to weigh my options.

No, it has to be that resort. Otherwise the parking lot at the Poly would be full of people who were staying at Pop Century and the guests at the Poly would have nowhere to park.

Uber was our best way to get from resort to resort on our trip.
