getting from airport to HRH?

Do you just take a taxi or is there a cheaper way like a shuttle bus?

I would love to reserve something before we leave.

I would google transportation services in Orlando. Mears is reputable. I know there are a few others. We booked one that was suggested to us. It does make it easier to book before you go!

We book with Happy Limo service it is about the same price as a taxi. Way nicer though and you know they are waiting there for you at the airport. Less stressful IMO.

We're going in October too and just booked the trip last week. We booked through the hotel reservations "quick transportation" round trip meet and greet from the airport to the hotel and it was $36 per person. I have not stayed on site at Universal before, we usually go to Disney and use the Disney transportation for free which is great. I think I will do some research into how much a private limo is from the airport to hotel...we are 3 people and $36 per person might be a bit high. I am sure I can cancel it if need be. I agree that setting this up before hand is best, I would hate to wait for a cab with my luggage and a confused child in tow

I've researched this a good bit because we always need a ride from airport to HRH and the very cheapest rate I have found was thru Payless Transportation. We always have to get a van because there are 5 of us and their prices are really good and they offer a free stop at the store and on their website they have a $5 off coupon.
