Getting FEA for day 3 of your trip

tomorrow is my FP selection day. If I log on right at 7 AM and FEA is not available, do more pop up throughout the day? I wasn't sure if people change their FP throughout the day or not. I am planning on going to Epcot for day three of our trip 12/5 and nervous that all the passes will be taken by those who booked yesterday.

They don't hold back fastpasses to release later. They do pop up as others change their plans though.
