Getting everything together

So, I have question about getting everything together for our trip next April. It's our first time booking DVC on a cash reservation, and I want to make sure I've got everything covered since all of our previous trips were booked via the WDW website, and we paid a package price. We've already paid for the room, so the last things are the DDP and our tickets. Since we're paying for those "outside of a package" so to speak, I'm assuming the concierge or check-in will make sure everything is added to our keycards? What have other people done? Any advice or tips would really help. Thanks!

Yes, DDP & park tickets can be added to your KTTW card.
