Getting "Disney" feel Outside the Parks

What are some activities that a small group of guests without park tickets could do to still feel like they were in Disney? My ideas are the wishes fireworks cruise, illuminations fireworks cruise, character meal somewhere, riding the monorail.... Any other ideas?
