Getting discounts on a separate room for brother

DH and I are going to WDW in September. My brother is thinking of going, but he'll have to get his own room and it will probably be in another WDW hotel. Since DH and I are in the Disney Club, can we get my brother the discount? Could we swing the AAA discount for him? Would it work better, if DH paid for my bro's room? Has anyone tried coordianting anything like this before? Are there any codes out there that we should go for? TIA...
