Getting Bottled Waters at the Poly

We have made a last-minute decision to fly to our WDW trip in two weeks. I had planned on bringing bottled waters when driving. I'm trying to figure out if we need to do a grocery delivery or if we can just pick up bottled waters in the Polynesian gift shop. It's just two adults for three days. We are doing mostly table-service, but we need bottled waters for Food & Wine and just hanging out at the resort.

The DVC grocery list identifies that they are available. If you don’t see them displayed (due to size), ask a cast member

I am wondering the same thing for our November trip! We are unsure what to do about water - bring empty bottles and just refill at quick service? or, have a pack delivered some how.

There's definitely a bunch of drinks and snacks at the gift shop, the one upstairs has more stuff like that.

Yes- you can buy small packs or individual waters at the shop upstairs. Alternatively, if you are taking a ride share to the Poly ask th to stop at the Hess station and pick up a case there.

Thank you for the information! I would love to stop at a store since I would get a better price, but I think our plan is to Lyft to Disney Springs to pick up Gideon's (want to get there early!). We will be traveling with backpacks only, so it makes sense to get dropped off at DS and then using Disney transportation to get to the Poly. We will check out the gift shop upstairs for some waters.

We stopped into Poly last week to see Moana out having a meet and greet. The water in the QS areas is verrrry Florida flavored if you are familiar with that specific (not-so-good) tasting of water.

We would do that, but if you see Post #7, you will see that we are traveling with backpacks only. Only room for a few clothes and toiletries.

If you do not already have a Walmart+ membership you could sign up for the free trial before your trip then cancel after. With Walmart+ there is no delivery minimum.

That's a good idea. I need only 3 items though--bottled water, a bag of donuts, and orange juice. I'm not sure that's worth the time to even fool with a grocery delivery. I knew the gift shops had OJ and donuts, but I wasn't sure about bottled waters, sold in a case rather than individually which can add up.

Haha! That's not all we will be eating. Most of our meals will be TS. We just need a very few items for a couple mornings. Hopefully all the other meals will balance out all the sugar. (That's if I don't eat 6 Gideon's Bakehouse cookies while I'm there! LOL)

The catch with those Brita filters is that it takes a while for the water to drip through, and you might have to pour steadily and fairly slowly to keep from overflowing.

Not a process I'd want to attempt when trying to stay hydrated in a park.

I think Spirit may be too strict for that.
