Getting BC/YC stay for Sunday only: Mission Impossible???

We decided to add an extra day so we could depart on a monday instead of sunday. At least at BC and YC (our current ressie is @bc) it seems that this is impossible? The funny thing is rooms are still available for days before and days after...but try and add that sunday night seems to be a no go? Any ideas other than just keep checking?

Have you tried making another reservation that would include that day? Sometimes you can get it if you are booking for more than one day.

If it doesnt work out, maybe you could check availability at the Swan or Dolphin if you dont want to leave the epcot resorts area.
