Getting around without car seats

We have a 3 year old and 7 month old. We loved using Minne Vans on our last trip when DS was 2 years old, to get to other hotels for ADRs, etc. Now that those aren't running, has anyone used a shuttle service they'd recommend that provides car seats? We aren't renting a car or bringing a car seat, and I understand Ubers with car seats only have 1 forward-facing seat. (I know we can take Disney transport to a park or Disney Springs to transfer buses to get to another hotel - but wondering if there is a more direct option.)
