Getting an annual pass upgrade

We have a 10 day hopper plus fun and more we have 2 days for the park and maybe 6days left on the fun and more. Can we upgrade to just the basic dvc annual pass or do we need to get the premium dvc annual pass since they had the fun and more on it originally.

Any upgrade have to be done with 14 days of the first use of the MYW pass, even if the pass is non-expiring. If the MYW pass included water parks, it would have to be a premium AP that includes water parks.
