Getting AK done w/out EMH?

OK - my last thread for the night. Anyone had luck getting AK done in one day without using evening EMH? Everyone says to avoid EMH parks...which normally I would not do, as I like EMH. But now I'm doubting myself...

For AK, we want to do the major rides (E:E, KS, Kali River Rapids, Dinosaur, Primeival Whirl), FotLK, the parade and then anything else that strikes our fancy. We WILL want to do E:E at least twice (once in standby/once with FP).

Yes, if those are the attractions you want to see, you can safely go on a non EMH day and get them in. Be there at opening and head for Everest. Grab a fast pass and get in line. This will ensure you two rides. The rest of the attractions should be fine.

You should be fine. We usually get AK done in a day if we're on a schedule.

Each time we have been to AK, we got there at opening, literally did everything (including the trails) and were leaving by 1/2pm. Esspecailly over Labor Day weekend you should do fine.

Like others said, you should be just fine. But do grab that Fast Pass for Everest. If you decide you are not doing Everest grab it for the Safari. That was our longest wait - we had a FP for Everest and then waited (long time!) for Safari, but worth it!!!

Had a leisurely lunch, got thru everything else, watched the parade -- left by dinner time with no problem.
