Getting a snack after the fireworks

I know you can stop at shops/Casey's along Main Street after the fireworks and MK is closing.

Can you grab snacks in other lands after the fireworks at 8 if the park closes at 8? (I'm thinking of Sleepy Hollow waffles or a Dole Whip/citrus swirl).

Most of those locations will close when the park does, if not a tad before. Casey's remains open and is usually very busy!

Alas, that's what I remembered. I was hopeful that I could squeeze in another snack -- there are too many things that I would like to try!
