Getting a room near HH at OKW

We have a reservation for a studio at OKW. About a week after making it, I called back and asked MS if we could request a room close to HH and was told that it would be added to our notes. However, I saw a post earlier from someone saying they had to waitlist for a room near HH. Is the only way to get near HH is to have a specific reservation for it or did MS do the correct thing by just adding a note to my current reservation? Thanks!!!

There are 8 buildings designated as "HH category" - 11-14 & 23-26. You have to specifically reserve them and you can waitlist. There are other buildings close to the HH that are not in the "HH category", request not guaranteed, such as 15-16, 62-64, 27-29.
