Getting a page asking me to update software

I've been getting this for the last few days and only on the Disboards. It usually happens when I switch to another forum but it's not consistent. The address of the page that pops up is:

Anyone else getting this? It's annoying! I can't tell if it's me or the Disboards or something else.

It's not the DISboards... I would run your anti virus scan to be sure you don't have malware on your machine.
