We are going to be at MK on May 17 and would like to be able to get a decent spot for Wishes. There is no Spectro that night, so I'm hoping the crowds won't be too heavy. Anyway, how early should we try to get a spot to watch the fireworks? Wishes is at 8:45 that night. Thanks in advance for your help!

Honestly Wishes is so good from anywhere in the front of the castle that you do not have to stake out a spot. It seems so many sit on the sidwalk around the hub waiting for Wishes to start. The waste so much time waiting! A few minutes before starting time everyone else strolls right into the road around the hub and looks up. We did this a number of times. We just walk up at the last minute and we have a perfect spot. Just make sure there are no trees in your way but I believe all the hub trees were taken down.

Thanks, skiwee1. I'm glad we won't have to stake out a spot in far in advance. We have two small kids and the waiting could be hard for them.
