Getting 4 adults and 2 kids plus luggage from MCO to PC

We need to arrange transportation for 4 adults and 2 kids from the Orlando airport to Port Canaveral. We are arriving a couple of days prior to the cruise departure so we can relax and visit Kennedy Space Center.

So far it seems the only thing that will fit our luggage and ourselves is an eight passenger van (ford E350 from Budget) which we can rent for about $200 for the three days. Can anyone offer any other suggestions (we're staying at the Radisson at the Port for two nights prior to departure).

That is very steep! You might be better off renting 2 cars! We are driving to Port Canaveral too in Nov. and have a full size car booked through Budget for $21/day!

How about a Suburban or Excursion from one of the rental car companies?
Most are confiqured to seat at least 8, 9 with a bench seat in front, and LOTS of luggage room.

We rented a SUV through Budget from MCO to PC, using the costco discount code, we got it for $42/day. By they way, the return rental is far more expensive, about double or triple. I called Budget and they said if you want a SUV or Van, they don't always have those in stock at PC and thus charge more to make sure they have one there. We ended up with a full size car (Ford Grand Marquee) for about the same price.
