Its almost time to get out the suitcases. DH and I are heading to Aulani for our 25th.
A couple of questions have come up. 1) Is the nearby Target the kind of Target where we can pick up bagels, yogurt, etc?
And 2) Being a bit of a coffee snob, I am wondering what type of coffee maker is in the room? I may bring my own, if the standard issue is a "pale" variety. (I like high octane!)
Thanks ~

Coffee pot same as at regular disney resorts.

Target is not super but has the expanded grocery.

I don't know what kind is in the resorts.... k-cup? pod? ground coffee?
Thanks for helping ~

Ahhh, one of my tribe! Bring your own if you like to make yours (I'm a hand-grind, aeropress guy, personnally). If you'd rather buy, Island Vintage accross the street makes a good cup of coffee, and a darn good bagel sandwhich.

Yes to Target - we picked up bagels, muffins, pop tarts, etc. for breakfast. They had a decent enough selection for us but if you want more of a selection, Safeway is the closest grocery store and it's just up the street from Target.

We stayed in the villas and never made coffee - we bought the refillable resort cups (I think about $18 for length of stay) and filled up on coffee at the Ulu Café each morning, and then pop etc the rest of the day. It was great for us since I was up early (and wanting a coffee while I looked at the beach) and the family was still snoozing away!
