GetAwayToday ticket vouchers question

We have used Get Away Today before, but received hard tickets in the mail. I am considering purchasing their current offer of tickets at the old price (Offer expires Feb 20), but they are email vouchers that must be exchanged at the ticket booth. We plan on being in the parks Nov 25-29, but will arrive in Anaheim Nov 24th. Will I be able to exchange the voucher on the 24th, then have our first day be Nov 25th? Which date should I enter when purchasing the tickets if I want to exchange on the 24th and enter the parks on the 25th? Thanks.
