No. I rented an Umbrella for later this month. It was $63 as PP said and there was no AP discount (I did ask)

Many years ago, the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal offered cabanas half-off from 3pm-6pm. We got it for something crazy like $25. It was worth it just for the soda and fruit basket alone!
