For those visiting Studio Ghibli, there is a another shop opening that sells the Totoro cream puffs that is easier to get to from the museum. I think I need to book a trip to Studio Ghibli and cream puffs this summer....

Super adorable! Very tempting!!
Yet, there is a need to change bus. We are planning to go to Nakano Broadway afterwards and it’s a bit completed for us first timers. Maybe next time. Thanks for sharing!

ETA:
The new location is only a bus ride or a 20-min walk away from Ghibli Museum and a train ride away to Nagano Broadway. We may skip the Straw Hat Cafe at the Ghibli Museum and visit this instead. Thanks again!

The "original" Shirohige bakery is in Setagaya, it's not far from Shibuya, you can couple it with the Gotokuji (maneki neko temple) and then visit Shimokitazawa a really cool neighbourhood

We went to the Ghibli Museum last July. The Cafe line was too long.
Hoping to go tho this Bakery the next time we are in Japan.
