Get well soon - a special request

I was wondering if I could get some help from some of you amazing disigners.
The son of a friend of mine has been involved in a terrible accident and in ICU and we are going to send some cards etc but I thought maybe something a little special would be nice.

He loves the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and I'm pretty sure he likes Epcot. (I know the father and younger son do!)
So I'm not sure really what I'm looking for...but just something get well soon or something.
He is 18 so nothing to kiddy...but definitely Disney!!
His name is Terrance.
We are praying for his full recovery
