25 mins walking to and from court with a briefcase (in heels ;) )

Kudos to those that run with a stroller. I took my DGS on my run this morning and my legs are feeling it tonight :)

40 minutes treadmill & 5 minutes rowing machine. I was worried about making my goal this month and I am super excited that I made it.

Good news, got the ALL CLEAR from the Doctor!

Bad news......adding 30 minutes more of walking and arm exercises, so Total for October (unless I sneak in some more exercise later)

As a group, our total goal minutes were 29640, and we achieved 74% of our goal, totaling 21959 minutes of exercise!!!!
