Get Away Today Character meal vouchers

Has anyone used these? Any problems with them? Are they worth it to save a little money?

I've used them and there were no problems. They mailed the vouchers to me although on the website it had said we would have to pick them up at the gate. I'm glad they mailed them though, less fuss.

Several years ago we got them thinking it would save money. When we got to the Minnie and Friends breakfast we realized that what we had paid for the vouchers was more than what the cash price was at the door. We were tired, hungry, and confused. The CM at the door was confused too. We ended up paying cash for Minnie and Friends and used the voucher value to pay for a later table service meal so we didn't lose money. Get Away Today offered to refund an amount (I can't remember how much), but I got busy and never followed through with it. So, I think they can work well, as long as you know the voucher costs less than the cash price. If you are only saving a dollar or two, I wouldn't bother.

We use them and im thinking paying out pocket for Minnie's and use the voucher some where else too not sure yet.

We use the vouchers too...depending on where we are dining. When you get them from GAT, they include tax and tip as well. We always use them for Surf's Up (cheaper with voucher than with AP discount). You lose $$ if you use them for GK breakfast. You just need to do the math.
They have sent the hard ticket vouchers to us and we have picked up the receipt at the ticket booth...no issues there.
