I have just come across this case in the Italian news and to be honest I'm a bit shocked. The family has only recently managed to get the results of the initial autopsy which have shown an over 9 of fantayln blood level which beyond the fact that drug use was out of character for the girl, also makes it unlikely that she would have been able to hung her self as she would have collapsed. This together with the fact that the main camera recordings are missing, the removal of a male official uniform from the room, pictures of bruising all over her face and body which were never given back to the Italian authorities as well as you can see from the video she seemed ok mentally,makes it sound like foul play.
Concerning that this was not looked into further and if there is a murderer he is still on the boat!!

I totally agree there are going to be bad people among crew and passengers, but it's the cover up by the cruise lines that's always concerning.

Yes you do get a false sense of security on cruise ships!
However the peculiarity of his case, is that the boyfriend, an official, was responsible for the camera recordings and some key recordings are missing and we're never handed in. The other girl whom he slept with, said she had left his room as soon as Gessica left, whereas he is saying she stayed all night. Then the uniform that was found in Gessica's room, which can be seen at the end of the video, being disposed of instead of being handed to the authorities. I mean it all sounds very suspicious and surprising that the police and Disney didn't investigate further.
