I do know this is a long shot, but I am asking anyway!
We are trying to find a good summer camp here in Germany for the kids to attend for a couple of weeks this summer. The kids need to learn some German this summer before they start school in the fall (they will be at a public international school which does not expect them to enter even close to fluent--but it would be good for them to know a little bit). We are thinking a camp with intensive language instruction in the mornings and fun camp things in the afternoons would be a better situation for them than working with a private tutor at home all summer long.
We are looking closely at the GLS camp they run on their Berlin campus. Has anyone been to this camp or facility (or sent their child there)? Or, have you been to any other German language camps located in Germany or Austria? If so, PLEASE share your reviews, advice, etc. (oh, DS is only 10 so it has to be a camp that takes kids that young).
