As someone who is sailing on sailing 2 or the Treasure, I’ve been tracking and comparing milestones. Disney Wish sailed the Ems river to Netherlands for finishing touches 106 days before her Maiden Voyage. That would have been September 6 for the Treasure…. She’s been about two weeks behind where the Wish was. I wonder if these financial troubles will extend that delay? I wonder how much delay can be absorbed…. Maybe the interior is farther along and it’ll all even out.

I've been looking at my past emails. When wish was delayed they emailed in February so they gave ample time of notice for June to be moved to July. So they must think Treasure will either catch up for no delay since it's sailing in December.

That’s what I’m thinking too. It seems late in the game now. But…. There’s a small part of me that wonders are they hoping it’ll be okay and hit a point when it’s just not. It’d be such terrible PR for DCL and the builder I gotta think they are doing whatever it takes to make it. And it could be totally fine!

I think they are doing everything they can to make it on time because it's over a holiday. So they might be definitely working OT to get it done. At the same time, I'm not sure for fantasy and dream when they got delayed how soon dcl notified guests too. I think dcl doesn't want to say anything yet until they can get projected dates if it is getting delayed. Final payments are due for majority of the first set of the inaugural cruises and we all know dcl loves keeping our money with interest so the longer they hold out it works in their favor.

So I guess we just need to keep checking the site to see if they pull the cruises from the website. We know the MV treasure is not sold out so if it gets pulled we will know something is going on.
