Georgia is a great CM!! Who else had a great CM for FD?

Just thought I would post about the great CM I had this morning for the FD offer. Her name was Georgia. She was knowledgable, saw immediately how I wanted to modify my reservations and took care of everything for me!! Hope all of you had great CM's too.....give them a shout out!!

Mine wasn't particularly friendly (I think her name was Julianne? or something like that), but she was really professional and got the job done without attitude. That's all that matters to me!

My first CM was Astrid, very nice but her info was all wrong, second CM was Tristen, also very nice. He did say there was a lot of confusion about dates early in the morning, but that it has all been resolved.

Both were very nice to talk to.

Maverick...I even made him spell it, and then had to fight the urge to say "That's a negative ghost rider, the pattern is full..." regardless he was awesome, even reminded me I needed to add my flight info (which I planned on doing but was so psyched I forgot) and wished me an early birthday because on my reservation it shows that is what I am celebrating.

Wish everyone had gotten a great CM...I have already heard some stories...too bad.

Cora. She was great. Got my stuff pulled up with some difficulty but finally got it and applied my free dining. We are staying at ASMovies so had to upgrade from QSDP to DDP and she got it for me. Then she let me do the same for my DB and DSIL since I had all their information in front of me.

Oh yeah, forgot this. When I told her I wanted to make the same changes for DB and DSIL since we were traveling together she asked did we want rooms near each other. I said yes we did since they have 2 young boys and I am helping with them. She made notes on both our reservations (which I thought had already been done but hadn't) to give us connecting or at least rooms beside each other.

Mine was Yvette and she was great! She works the spanish speaking line - i do NOT speak spanish, so when she answered, i was like ? She explained ( in English ) the spanish line was getting some overflow from the English line. When she saw i waitied 1 hour and 57 minutes she said, " we need to make some pixie dust happen! "

She was great and even tried to get me free dining for another vacation during a week not included in FD. Didn't work but i appreciate the effort!

I had "Marshall" and he was awesome. Had some great chuckles and he felt partial cuz his granddaughter is named Amanda just like 'lil ol me

We had a great CM this morning. I wish so badly that I could remember her name. It was me, mom, and my brother all on a conference call. The CM was very polite and patient. She got all three of our reservations modified. Asked about and then added each of our flight information. Then, offered put link our reservations and put in the request for close rooms. She was fantastic!

I got Chase and he was very pleasant and great to talk to. I love it when I get a great and knowledgable CM. It must be quite the day for them.

I had a very nice CM except for 1 tiny issue -- She quoted me the price, and it was full price. She asked me if it sounded right to me, and I knew it sounded quite high. Apparently, I was her first guest of the day applying the FD discount. So it took her a couple more minutes to figure it out, but then she applied it correct. She was very nice about it. But good thing I recognized that the price wasn't right.

I had a lot of questions...and Megan was superb...even teased with my 13-year (we were on speaker phone)...so it was a positive experience...

However had to wait 27 minutes to get to the wonderful Megan...must be crazy for them today!

I had Major, he was awesome. Super fast, efficient, the numbers came out exactly as I expected! So happy today!

I had Astrid too! She was actully kinda grumpy for me and gave me bad info too. My 2nd CM which her name escapes me was AWESOME!

I had Josh and he was very nice and efficient. He was friendy, but not gabby. I love calling Disney for almost anything...best cutomer sevice anywhere. Thanks Josh!

Norman was AWESOME! Super efficient, knew what I wanted right away and had some great tips. Also added connecting rooms to my ressie which is what I asked for when I first booked but apparently they didn't do.

I also got Georgia and she was really great!!! She kept apologizing for the wait I had on hold even though I kept telling her it was perfectly ok and I totally understood. She was very friendly and made it very easy for me to move my dates down a bit to get the FD applied.

Awww... I didn't get my guy's name! (I was flushing the toilet when he picked up ) but he was wonderful! I know his brother is a college professor and traveling in Germany and Holland right now because my son is going there next week!

He had to do "4 steps" to make my reservations work so he put me on hold but when he came back (maybe 10 minutes tops) everything was perfectly in place and now we're headed to WDW for 2 weeks on FREE DINING!!!

I tried calling off and on all day long. Never got it to ring, it would automatically have that angry man's voice tell me "all circuits are busy". But, at 8:30pm my time (9:30pm EST) it finally rang. I had already booked Pop Century for our entire stay 1/3-13/11 (running Goofy this year) but when the FD offer came out, I figured maybe I'd look into a split stay and move over to the Poly on the 8th.

I got Shipley (sp?) and he was SO AWESOME!!! I was worried about having my 16 daughter move over to the Poly while I was running in the marathon on the 8th (Sunday) but I wanted to go ahead and try to move over on that day and not miss out on even one day of FD. Shipley called the Poly and worked it out that we could do the early check in online and my kiddo can go ahead and go over there and use the pool or hang out until our room is ready.

He also advised me about the fact on FD you only need 2 day tickets so we put 8 day tickets with hopper on our first ressie at Pop and then only added 2 day base tickets on our Poly ressie. Saved a little money and I figure two days we can not hop or add it later.

He also advised not to add insurance for the second ressie, only on the first. I've learned through hard luck experience to add insurance either with the trip or the airfare 'cause bad things happen sometimes.

SHIPLEY was thorough and friendly and knowledgeable and just awesome and that's all after working a double shift today to help out with all the "Magic". He never complained even though he had been there since 8:30am and my call was his longest of the day ("we just had so many things to get worked out") and he even had to work late because my call didn't end until close to 10:40 his time.

SHIPLEY was awesome!!!! I'm so happy!! It truly was a magical experience.
