George Foreman Grills?

We have a medium-sized grill that we'll use for quick dinners after work. Some favorites:

Quesedillas: we put one tortilla (burrito sized) on the grill, add mexican shredded cheese, Perdue Short Cut chicken, some scallions, and top with a second tortilla. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Cut into slices and serve with sour cream and salsa. (Note: I've also left out the chicken and had a nice cheese one instead).

Grilled chesse and turkey sandwiches: very lightly butter outside of 1 slice of bread (we like Pepperidge Farm's Sourdough) layer 1-2 slices cheddar cheese (pepperjack works well, too), 1-2 slices deli turkey (more or less to taste), another slice of cheese and another slice of bread, lightly buttered on the outside. Grill for about 4 minutes and you have a sort-of pannini.

Turkey Burgers: per 1 pound ground turkey mix in 1/2 envelope of Lipton's Beefy Onion dry soup mix. Form meat into patties and grill according to grill instruction manual. The soup mix gives the burgers a wonderful flavor!
